Dunno about the Uintas but Colorado did get snow.

I am with you 100%. It's cool in the Grand Valley of Colorado for the first time since May. We were over in the Front Range this past weekend and we drove through snow at the Eisenhower tunnel and on Vail Pass on Sunday. Fall, my favorite time of year.
