My son-in-law Mark and grandson Trevor were so enamored with my sometimes seemingly "tall tales" about antler hunting, they came all the way from San Diego, CA for a shed antler hunt with Papa. I was so worried about it being a bust or disappointment, but like the Aussies say:"No worries, mate!" Trevor invited his friend Kenny to come along. The boys sure showed us up, but I think you could give Mark and I at least 1/2 credit each for a couple of the small "whiteys"!! Trevor even gave up one of his little league games, a friends birthday party, and a school field trip to come and go antler hunting! What a memorable hunt for us!
