New scope for the 300

I am in the market for a new scope for my 300 win mag I have looked at the bushnell 4200 series & just checked out the new weaver grand slam in 4.5 x 14 does anyone have any info on the new weaver line I was told my the cs guy at sportsmans whse they have a life time no questions asked return policy & the glass was crystal clear thru the entire power range..& I keep reading & hearing about nitrex {susposedly owned by weaver also} & vortex

Hey OHH, I just got a Sightron S111- 60-24x50 with 30mm tube and mil-dot reticle. Have not shot it yet, but if its anything like the sightron scope on my wifes 300SAUM it will be awesome. I put this scope on my new sendero 300RUM. Good luck.

sounds like a good setup I went with the new weaver grand slam 4.5 x 14 x 42 with their ballastic plex very crisp & clear glass holds the contrast on all powers...I have yet to shoot mine either hoping a little of this mud either freezes back up or dries up...
