The draft regulations for NM are on their web site. It looks like you can apply for Desert Sheep as well as Rocky's this year. No more internet applications though...have to send in the whole $3,016. That should help the odds, shouldn't it??

It should help the odds, yes. Last year the odds jumped up to 1,992 to 1 on the desert bighorn tag.

OH, you bet that will improve the odds. Hopefully all states will go back to paper apps and money up front.
