New Mexico Antelope

I drew a New Mexico archery antelope tag and unfortunately won't be able to make it on that hunt. I was wondering if it is possible to get a refund or possibly transfer the tag over to someone that can use it?

NM doesn't allow you to transfer tags or get refunds.
