If you've got a program on your computer that can re-size your pictures take them down to 500 pixels and then try to upload them. Highlight the address MM gives you then paste it below the script you write about them. If not use a photohosting website on the net like www.huntingnut.com
Hope it works. I had a hell of a time learning how to do it, but it seems pretty easy now.
