Why is there a such a large discrepancy between nonresident bonus points? There are only a handful of nonresidents with 5+ bonus points but then there's about 2,000 people with 4 points.
Some species just became elgible for non-residents a few years ago but Nevada residents that moved from the state could have had points from earlier years that would show up now in the non-resident stats!

Are there really only a handful with more than 4 points? If so, I guess that's good for me since I have 6. Been applying ever since they opened it to non-res.
