I just saw a news report on our local news, and it showed heavy damage throughout Wells, Nevada after today's quake. Many of the buildings in town suffered moderate to severe damage. According to the news report, most of the buildings in town sustained some level of damage, and there were some injuries as well, though they didn't indicate anyone had been killed.
If you know anyone who lives there, you might want to check on them. They've set up a Red Cross shelter in Elko for people who's homes are uninhabitable, according to the news report. You might also keep them in your thoughts and prayers. They're in for a tough time for a while.
