Need some ideas on a moose hunt

A good family friend of ours drew the north slope summit moose tag in utah and now his family members that were supposed to help him bailed out. He is 78 years old and not in the best shape, I offered to help him get it done but I'm not very familiar with that unit. If anybody has been bow hunting elk up there or seen any decent bulls any help would be very appreciated thanks

What area of the unit are you looking at hunting? when does the individual want to start the hunt?
