NE Utah or NW Colorado Fire???

Today on my way back we saw a huge smoke plume from a fir due west of Craig! It was far enough out I assumed Dinausuar or Vernal area. To night north of Rifle we could easily see 30 miles of smoke! What ever this fire is, it has way more smoke than the 500 acre fire a few miles from here!

We noticed the smoke this evening seems to be towards the monument west of Skull Creek but east of Moosehead maybe further north. Looked hot from the color of the smoke and trail.

Yeah. I am surprised we have not heard more. When I could see a smoke colum 2 miles high from over 40 to 50 miles away it had to get big fast.

Also found out there was another near Maybel during this same time.

I honestly can't believe we haven't had more fires too. Crazy dry and the amount of fuel available is high as well.
