What a crappy company. I ordered a lock box from them then after I hit submit it says it will be another 4-5 days before it is even shipped. Fine I can live with that. Then it will be here in 4-7 days after it is shipped. I am now at the end of the 10th day still no lock box. Canceled my order then it tells me check will be here in 4-7 days???? So let me guess it will take actually 2 weeks or more for my check now???
Do any of you use NAS? If so I hope you have had better service than this?
