It's true. And next year NASCAR is adding the PETA 500 to attract a kinder more gentle type of fan. I'll be glad when they switch to all electric cars to fight climate change.

I’ve only been to one NASCAR race. PIR about 20 years ago. It got boring real quick.

This is about Virtue Signaling. It’s the thing to do now. With this on NASCAR’s record, they can get away with just a little more issues. It will at least water down an issue that pops up with the outrage crowd. It’s kind of smart if you think about it. The ones with that have a big problem with this are the quickest to get over it.

Fake news. The photo was from the Indy 500 track, in 2016. This is the winning team kissing the bricks, a tradition at Indy since 1996. The website with the photo and article above, points out on it's main page that it is set up to irritate people.
