nampa area meat processor

What meat processor do any of you guys like in the Nampa area? Heck lets say the Treasure Valley.

As far as cutting up the deer we do our own as a family thing, but we take our stuff thats to be made into susage to a place down in Garden City. We tried meat Royale on Overland Rd and was not impressed with it.

I would highly recommend Tacket's in Nampa. They work exclusively with venison. I took an elk, buffalo and an oryx to him last year and was very impressed. His facility is clean and well maintained and he's very specific on making sure you get the best cuts.
