My only AZ tag this year

Well, I'm headed out today with my only tag this year, archery deer. We're headed up to the same area we shot a nice 26" 4x4 last year. Hopefully we'll get lucky again. There's not too many areas left in AZ in the pines where the elk and coues haven't taken over. Well, wish me luck. I'll be sure to post some pics next week of my 35" giant. LOL.

i'll be up there this weekend as well. im more after turkey than deer, ive pretty much given up on deer in the area im going to, but i know there is a good population of turkey, and id be in hunter heaven if i could stick one of those suckers!

I'm going up early sat. and still hoping to get that first deer with a bow. I have a rifle kaibab deer tag and I would gladly trade it for any branched antlered deer with my bow. I'll become more selective on my second deer. )
