MT Unit 313 mountain goat tag

Came back from vacation last night to find a goat tag in my mailbox - time to start pouring over maps and hitting the treadmill. I'm from CO, but have some friends in MT that I'm sure will be helping me out - but still would greatly appreciate any advice from folks familiar with this unit. General description of the country, good drainages to scout, etc. Thanks so much to anyone willing to share their knowledge.

Wait until after the 15th of October and fly the area before you go. That's not the kind of hunting you want to do if there is no game around. Pretty dangerous stuff. I don't know the area well enough to give any other info. Good luck and show us some pics.
