MOVING TO SHERIDAN

Hoping that some of you could provide some information about the hunting opportunities in the units near Sheridan. I will be moving there next year and am starting to look into the hunting/fishing in the area. I have not spent much time in the bighorns and am wondering what they are like? Curious about big game, turkey, upland, archery, varmit, and trout fishing!

IMHO it is one of the most game rich areas you could ever move to. My best buddy lives there and there are so many opportunities out there for hunting and fishing it's a sin, LOL! There is a lot of private land down low, but above Sheridan it is all NF with all kinds of big game and fishing in the streams and lakes. If I wasn't married with a wife that is basically a big city girl, I would either live in Sheridan or Buffalo in a heartbeat. Congratulations you lucky dog you!!!
