Morgan-summit moose help

Fellas- a friend received a turned in tag less than 5 days before the season opened. I thought it was the unit that includes SL County, but his does not and I have no idea where or how to help him out. He really would like to try harvesting his bull with a bow.

I know this unit is predominantly private land/access. If any of you can help steer us in a direction or person, I and he would be most grateful!
