Do not mean to disagree, I agree these guys need more punishment...BUT

I love it when the punishment for poaching is:

TAKE AWAY THEIR LICENSES FOR 5 YEARS....uh. ok
Not allowing a POACHER a license, Yeah, that will help

They should be FINED, and put in jail.
