More scams.

This really should go without saying. I figured I would warn our MM populous since this scam preys on the elderly and I really would hate to see Kilo, Rus, Overton, or Eelgrass fall victim to a scam. This just popped up in the last week or so and apparently has been quite lucrative. A guy up where I work got taken for $1,000 and I just saw this story out of Salt Lake.

This exact thing happened to my inlaws a couple of years ago. Their grandson was in the navy overseas and they got a call from Canada just like this one. They almost sent money but luckily they didn't.

Because the Canadian government would hold people for ransom! Those are some pretty lame crooks if they expect people to send money to Canada for those reasons. LMAO!
