The draw is about a week away, I believe it is mid July.

Ya, they always charge you then refund if you don't draw. I called today to see why I had no tags pending on the web site when I should have an antelope app. in pending status. They said they just haven't gotten them all processed yet and that the drawing will be sometime in the first two weeks of August.
