Kilo, the difference is that being on welfare is more respectable than having a job like that. Well. I guess either one is like being a ward of the State. "Wildlife Mamagement Specialist- Wolf position". At least the welfare person is not out to screw us.

That right there is why the salary for that position is waaay too low. You are set up to fail and eat crap before you are even given a chance to do right by anyone, and not even get paid for it.
