MONSTER SET!!!!!

this set was picked up a few days ago by my cousin, they have been on the ground for a year. he lucked out and found them about ten yards apart. monsters.

any guess' on what these bad boys score?

Tough to score when thy arent attached to a head for size comparison. giving them 23 inside I am grossing them 188 1/8. Good find. How did I do?

I think 188 is way under so I am going to go out on a limb with my guess. From the pics, I came up with roughly 15-18 inches of trash on a 195 frame so my guess is going to be in the neighborhood of 210-215. It doesn't really matter as that is one sweet find! Tell your brother congrats!

Great set and lots of character. Good mass, long main beams, good fork depth, 26" inside spread and extra points. I bet he's a little over 200" counting the extra points. Close?

HEY SHEDYODA, IF YOU LOOK IN THE ARCHIVES THERE IS SOME PICS OF ME HOLDING UP THAT SET ON THE FIREPLACE. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF REALLY GOOD GUESS' ON THE SCORE OF THOSE ANTLERS. THIS SET GROSS SCORES 191 7/8 WITHOUT A SPREAD CREDIT, AND THE ONE SIDE IS MISSING AT LEAST 8 INCHES FROM THOSE BUSTED KICKERS. THIS BUCK WOULD HAVE BEEN ABOUT 25/26 INCHES INSIDE SPREAD.

Those are Monster Sheds for sure. Congrats to your cousin and thanks for posting them. Seeing big sheds just gets me pumped to find more tine.
