LAST EDITED ON Jul-27-07 AT 07:04PM (MST)[p]From what I understand about 801k plans is that they are just a marketing name for a dividend re-investment plan or a (DRIP). There is not a tax code for 801(k). Just a unique marketing plan for something else. Some people are portraying them like you mentioned above and that seems to be a scam. Just my .02, take it for what its worth.
