There's an outfit up here in No. Utah that has a cure for that. They have an island with a bunch of wild pigs on it and with a healthy dose or two of lead applied directly into a hog you should be feeling better in no time.
I think the cure is a mere $300. I'm pretty sure your HMO won't cover it though.
