3rd attempt to post this after some initial misunderstandings about what this was about but got the OK from Brian. Its all in fun fellas.

i know most of you probably don't have the time or patience to figure this out but it'll be fun to see if you can fill in all the blanks. might have to get some help from each other so post up individual answers if necessary.
