MK-85 muzzy legal or no ?

I'm looking for a muzzle loader that is Idaho legal and from some research the Knight MK-85 has been mentioned. I saw one listed locally and I have been looking at the pictures trying to figure out the whole open breech deal, and if this model is what the regs are describing.

Anyway I figured I would check if any body just happens to have that model and if they used it in Idaho?

Like was already said yes they are legal but you don't need anything stronger than a Magnum #11. They will set off your load just fine. Ron
