Missoula Reloader?

All,

My brother lives in Missoula. The style of bullet he was shooting is no longer made, or at least he cannot find any of it anywhere. He has a ton of brass and would really like to find someone that would be reload for him. He of course would be willing to compensate for the work.

He has a Aoudad hunt in a couple months and wants to make sure he has a good round he is comfortable with. Please let me know if there is anyone in the vicinity willing to give it a try. He's the nicest guy around.

Just my thoughts on the topic:

Reloading for someone else can be broken down into to catagories.
Simply reload to minimum specs with a starting charge of powder and send the shooter on his way
OR
actually work up a load which is rifle-specific and will wring the most performance out of the load/gun/cartridge (speed and accuracy).

Factory loads are minimun dimension loads but the ammo is usually pretty "hot". Most often a competent reloader can exceed the velocity and accuracy of factory ammo.... but not always.

It's quite usual that a reloader will work WITH someone else but quite uncommon that they will just reload for them.

Good luck in your quest. I hope your brother find exactly what he's after on his hunt. Sounds like a blast!
