I was walking past the state mental hospital the other day. There were a bunch of people on the other side of the fence hollering out " Thirteen, Thirteen, Thirteen!" The fence was too high to see over, but there was a small knot hole just about eye level. Curiousity got the best of me so I peeked through the hole to see what was going on. Just then some idiot poked me in the eye with a stick! Then they all started chanting, Fourteen, Fourteen, Fourteen! Sorry, I saw it on Facebook and got a chuckle out of it.
