Mill Creek Fire & Elk

There has been a wildfire up here in NORCAL and it is called the Mill Creek Fire and is close to a place I use to fish alot.
Some real nice Bulls on "the move" while CAL FIRE is doing their job.

Lots of USFS guys and gals were up there as well working that fire. ;-)

Dave, this is ONLY a guess on my part since I have not been up there in a long time but it is WEST and maybe north some from LETTS LAKE which is WEST of EAST PARK RESERVOIR and for ELK HUNT it is #461 area in this EAST PARK AREA.
Now this Mill Creek MIGHT NOT BE AN ELK HUNTING AREA....just thought it was a good picture that I received the other day from a friend.

East Park is just outside of the small community of Stonyford in the southern part of Mendocino National Forest which is WEST of Willows.

That was a USFS fire, very few Cal-Fire resources.

I got this same pic on my phone from a friend that was on the fire. Curious where you, or her got it??
