Does Wyoming offer many late migration or winter range type deer hunts and what is the quality of those draw hunts compared to other states like Colorado fourth season hunts? Obviously if they are very good they would be hard to draw just haven't heard much compared to other states for late hunts..Tks

LAST EDITED ON Oct-30-18 AT 12:43PM (MST)[p]105 type 1 is November 1st-15.
128 type 1 is November 1st-20.
Both produce a few nice bucks every year and a giant every once in a while. Comparing them to Colorado is like apples and oranges. Each late season hunt is different.
Like any hunt, on the ground research a year or two in advance would really help. [font face="verdana" color="green"]

I'd say JS is dead on.
Wyoming has some late hunts but they don't compare to Colorado. Wyomings best genetics don't get hunted in the rut like many of COs so if you are looking for a good late season hunt, Wyoming is not the place.
