LAST EDITED ON Apr-05-11 AT 11:59AM (MST)[p]Sorry I meant Milville. I was planning on heading down to hunt the milville face this weekend for the opener i have a buddy down there that wants to take me i was just wondering what i should expect to find or the terrain and how hard it gets hit. Thanks for any input.

Straight up and down and tons of people. I have been going for four years and you can walk out with one or two horns if your lucky.
Good Luck

You'll cuss all the way up at how steep it is, then cuss all the way down how steep it is. lol I have been there the last 2 years. I've seen lots of people each time! but also always found a horn! nobody can find them all, just put in the miles and you should find some.

Well I guess i'll see you all on the mountain good luck and if any of you have pics of the sheds you have picked up in the past from this area i would love to see them.

Like the other guys have said, STEEP all day/night long. There will a number of horns still on the ground for sure. A lot of rags are still packing, but all the decent bulls have shed. As always, a lot of horns have been poached again this year (I know of at least 6 that I had previously glassed that are gone now), but they never get them all and I know of at least one guy who got busted. Opening day, you can probably expect at least 30 vehicles between the 2 parking areas. I know myself and few buddies will be up there again this year.

I thought it was opening next weekend??

Bring your snow boots and your shovel we got 4+ inches of snow today and its looking like it going to snow the next two days.

This is a shed that I found last year on the Millville WMA... Not huge but its a good looking bull! Never could find the other side. (i have some better pics, but cant find them, lol) this is just one i snapped with my phone.

Just wondering how you all did up here this weekend? It was to wet for me so I decided to just go for a short walk and found one brown 4 point deer. Any pics would be enjoyable. Thanks, and good luck to you all.

We did well during the night. Out of 6 of us we came down with 10 brown. Here is the biggest of what was picked up, which were laying next to each other.
