Merry XMas to Me - Holiday Dinner

Gonna have a house full of kids, grand kids, and grand dogs this year. Missed them all last year. Went to the grocery store, and couldn't pass up the meat deals. Our favorite prime sirloins were down to $5/lb, and a really nice trimmed prime brisket was $4/lb. It was cheaper than the good burger!!

Guess I know what we are doing for the Holidays!!

That’s are excellent prices especially for some Prime meats. Do you age them?

I just picked up 2 bags of tri tips and don’t even want to post the prices now!?

Don't age the brisket, especially when it is trimmed this nice. The whole sirloins I clean up, trim a little, and then season and age them 3-5 days in the refrigerator. They have all been wonderful!!
