Men Vs Women

At work today having a conversation and my buddy asks us why women always feel like they can yell at us.

One of the guys says, its ok, they have hormones its just the way the are.

Another guy says " We have hormones and are geneticaly programmed to try and screw anything that we see, but we are able to control them. So I think women should do the same!"

I believe that is a Fantastic point
