Beautiful bobcat and I agree either the tree or the rocks not both.
Is that a Texas cat?
They seem to always have nice spots down there. Looks pretty furred up though for Southern cat.

The night setting contrast is perfect. The tree pedestal is definitely unique. It turns the taxidermy into art. I like art. Thanks for sharing.

To each their own preferences. I like the cat (nice job), top limb and rocks/ habitat. To me the lower part of the tree needs to go.

That’s the art part…… artists go beyond putting the hide back on the the form. Neither good nor bad…… just a presentation by an artist.

I’m a traditionalist too but I like to see art, in all its many forms.
