meat processor recomendations

I am going to be hunting around area 90 for elk this september. Does anyone have a meat processor in the Afton / Star Valley area they can refer me to?

I am also looking for a packer as a back up option to help pull our elk out.

Dana's cold storage in Thayne can take care of your meat. There is also one in Jackson run by two sisters that has a good reputation, but the name eludes me. I'm not sure who is packing.
