Hey all! Looking for some input on Marine Radios. Are they that much better than Walkie Talkie CB radios?

Just ordered some UNIDEN MHS 350 VHF hand held's for me & my buddies. Amazon had them on sale for almost 1/2 off.

Give me your experinces and thoughts!

I think VHF works best line-of-sight...meaning in aircraft or on the water...I'm not sure how they will work in the hills/forest...
