magazine preference?

Hi guys,

My daughter brought home a magazine catalog from school, you know... the exploitation of our youth for the schools to make money off of them and give them trinkets in return? Anyway, I digress.

There are two archery mags for sale on her list. They didn't have Eastons...darnit! The mags are "Bow Hunter" and "Bow Hunting". Could you guys tell me which one you'd prefer.

And no, Christina! I'm not asking everybody if they want to buy one! LOL! (she's right behind me giving me a hard time)

Both are decent reading, but I would give the edge to Bowhunter.

Bowhunter is probably the Petersons magazine. A good mag but I bought the Bowhunting mag subscription a few years ago in much the same situation and loved it. Many of the contributing writers are the same in both mags, Randy Ulmer, Chuck Adams, and the other big names appear in each. But I love the advice and passion that Dwight Schugh has for bow hunting. He is the editor-in-chief of Bowhunting. I kept up my subscription for 3 years but let it slip away recently and I definitely miss it. Maybe you could post on here and let your daughter sell some subscriptions to the board.
