Low Country Brunswick Stew Again

One of my cousin's in Georgia was looking for a really good Brunswick Stew recipe, and I sent her mine (which is a family recipe, more or less). Could not get it off my mind, and needed some cold-weather comfort food. Actually, just an excuse to eat too much and pour on the Tabasco!!! I love the combination of tender meat and veggies.

Shredded pork and shredded chicken, ham bone for flavor. Potatoes, celery, onions, tomatoes, butter beans (or baby lima), corn. S&P, red pepper flakes, spices.
