looking for public land turkeys in southeast idaho

can any one point me in the direction of finding public land in south east idaho. I am hunting general turkey in units 73 75 77 78 but have spent more time in units 73 and 75 can any one help me out with this dilemma i am trying to avoid the squad of people that like to disrupt hunts in franklin area.

Try the mouth of emigration canyon I used to drive for fedex from logan and saw birds there all the time especially south side at trailhead.
