Hey guys thought that it is a long shot but its worth a try. This is a shed that I found on the Wyoming opener if the other side matches it would be in the mid 190s so i would like to try to find it and make some kind of a deal. There were lots of four wheeler tracks in the area when i went back to try to match it up a week after i found it so i'm guessing whoever that was found the match. Anyways here are the pictures hope for some good news.

its the one on the left obviously.

No i don't want to be more specific. if someone thinks they might have the match then they can send me a pm with the picture of the shed and then we will talk but for me to post exact location of where i found it is just stupid i may be young but i'm not dumb if i post where i found it next year there will be a dozen utah trucks parked in the canyon so no offense but i will keep that information to myself until i think someone has the other side.

LAST EDITED ON Nov-16-11 AT 04:59PM (MST)[p]Lol you dont have to give the exact canyon. You could say This shed came from Southern wyoming, or eastern wyoming, or Northern wyoming, or western wyoming, or SW Wyoming, Or you could say NW wyoming or NE Wyoming or SE wyoming.

well seeing that i said on the opener that would mean i'm in the western part of the state cause that is the only place that there is a season

Yhe,and everyone knows that....I have one that looks just like it but it came from MT,maybe the buck migrates from here to there every year.Send me your side and Ill see if they match up...

sounds like a good deal to me lol. why is it the big ones that you can never match? By the way I don't mean to come across pissy its just every time i post something on here i get flooded with pm's telling me to not tell anyone where i shed hunt cause it will just get ruined like i don't know that.

WATCH OUT MASS....SSakitas will get all over your a$$ for saying that you were even near WY when you found that antler... He likes to go around ruffling feathers. Hes just pissed because he feels that he is the only one who should get to hunt WY.

I kinda gathered that I don't really care even though there are a lot more people shed hunting now my best spots still don't have anyone in them ever and if someone else finds them oh well i still have fun hiking around anyway im in it for the fun of it i don't ever sell any so i don't really care how many i find as long as i find some.

No I am pissed because punks with big mouths have ruined it. You people have had to deal with massive amounts of shed hunters since you started because you jumped on the band wagon when it got popular. you have no Idea what it was like 20 years ago so you think its Ok to blab your mouths and show off sheds because so many people do it allready. You are just screwing yourselves.

I admit.. I jumped on his back about "ruffling feathers".
This goes back to some PMs we had exchanged about the antler I was looking for. Anyway, your right, we have no idea what it was like 20-30 years ago, or how good it was because some of us were not even born yet. Has the sport become "trendy"... maybe, but, we still enjoy doing it. And ya, some people do enjoy posting up pictures, and, some people enjoy looking at them. Cant blame us for that... If it bothers you SO much, maybe you shouldn't be on a site dedicated to talking about, and sharing, hunting photos?

LAST EDITED ON Dec-12-11 AT 05:10PM (MST)[p]I like looking at pictures of sheds on here just as much as the next guy and post pics on occasion but I am very careful not to put to much back ground in the pics or mention where I found them. Even saying the state you found them in is going to far in my opinoin. Its one thing if your looking for a match. But its totaly different If your just posting pics . I am amazed all the time about how people will just blab about where they find horns. It totally opens the area up to alot of people. I have actually found some pretty good spots in Utah to shed hunt because of some of the post over on Tines up the last couple of years.

^^^^^^^^^ Interesting, I didnt even have a dog in this fight but after reading your comments SSackitas and then finding this post by you, the hypocrisy is irritating.

So do you live in colorado or you just dont mind "Blabbing" what state as long as its not someone "Blabbing" YOUR STATE.

This site is about sharing stuff with each other. If you have a problem with that (only when others do it) get off.

I said I like looking at pics and posting pics on occasion what part of that do you not understand. Your just pist because I put up a video of antler hunting in colorado with a couple wyoming boys cleanings house. I cant help it your state has better antler huning tham my one.

So, some of us CO boys went on a little road trip to WYOMING. Guys I gotta tell you, WYOMING is were it is at!!! I am telling you, the skies are even a little bluer there. I think I have found my new favorite state for shed hunting. For any of you getting into it or veterans of the sport, I would definitely key in on WYOMING. I Am trying to find the exact GPS coordinates so I can give them to anybody that wants to shed hunt WYOMING. I cannot overstate how good the horn hunting is in WYOMING. My buddy is legally blind and he was picking up sheds in WYOMING. WYOMING is great.
