page on the wy g&f web site that broke down each antelope unit on the percent of public vs private and also showed what the chances were of getting a mature buck in each unit.. if someone could point me in the right direction i would sure appreciate it..

Thanks Murphy,, thats exactly what i was looking for..
wy. has some very imformative regs, its just taking me a while to figure them out..
I live in a fairly decent unit for antelope here in Idaho, A good day would be seeing 20/30 in a day..
I just can't imagine seeing hundred's in a day like i hear they do in wy. i just gotta see it to believe it..
I got my first one last year finaly after putting in for over 20 years,, man them's some good eat's,, Better than any game i ever ate, they just don't last long though.
And i damn sure don't want to wait another 20 years to eat another one..

Thats no exageration either. I was out Sat and saw about 150 goats down 5 miles of one drainage!

Yep, there are lots of goats in Wyoming. There are very few areas where the success rate is not over 80 %. However, the definition of ''mature buck '' does vary. Go on the Delorme maps website and order yourself a Wyoming Gazetteer. It'll give you a good overview of the land ownership and access throughout the state. GOOD LUCK. Chip

Thanks fella's,, i have been hunting pretty much with a longbow for the last several years,, and have been unable to make much meat, so i am hoping to get a chance or two, IF i can get a tag..
good luck to all..
