Can anyone recommend a place to stay that is hunter friendly in the Chinook or Havre MT area? We would prefer a kitchen, but can live without. Also does anyone know of a meat processor, or a place we could store the antelope if successful. Any help you could give would be most appreciated, going out for the opener. Any other useful info would be appreciated. First time in this area. Also if you know the GPS location of a 16"+ goat include that as well. It never hurts to ask! Thanks

Go to the following address: www.google.com and then in the search area, type in Motels in Chinook, MT and the same for the other town.
You can then look for phone numbers or addresses of Chamber of Commerence and give them a tall. They will and can help a lot. goood luck on the hunt.
I did this same thing for the White Sulphur Springs town for us next month since we will be on a ranch for deer.

There are a lot more options in Havre. It is only 21 miles more to Havre straight west down Hwy 2. There are several wild game processors in Havre also. Chinook does have a couple of Motels and all would be hunter friendly. I guess it would depend how far you plan on driving from town every day.
