Got a couple Questions!

Let's say a Guy was Cruzin up the Road & seen a MotorBike coming up behind him at a perty Good Rate of Speed!

The Guy Stomps Down on it just a Little & the Guy on the MotorBike Didn't Like Inhaling!

So up the Road a ways at WOT the MotorBike (Big Harley Maybe?) starts around the Guy in the Truck!

He Gets about 3-4 Bike Lengths in Front of the Truck and He's still in the Oncoming Traffic Lane!

When a F'N Pheasant Decides to Fly Across & the Biker Dead Centers the Birdie about as Good as Possible!

From what I understand the Biker Ain't Real Happy & Threatening Law Suits!

And He's Claiming the Guy in the Slightly Modified Belcher is at Fault!

Just wondering what your Thoughts are on this Deal?

And Who's at Fault?

The pheasant is at fault, but the pheasant does not have deep pockets like the truck driver may have with his insurance policy.

Sounds kinda like the old cat may have been trying to race a hog? ?

You Guys are Funny!

But it Ain't Helping the Biker's TUDE!

It's only legal to pass a douchenozzle belcher (or any other vehicle) when it's safe to do so. And you do so at your own risk.

I know this because I get passed all the time, even while driving to the grocery store in the 35mph zone. :D:D

Was this a farm raised bird? Or a wild bird? If it was a wild one the guy on the bike should be charged for a felony for killing an almost extinct bird in the state of Utah.

You "Actually" sound serious. The vague data has me guessing big time.

My guess is if the Biker claimed to Law Enforcement the Truck's Smog/Factory system was modified so much as to become a visibility hazard for any following Traffic and then an Officer checked the Truck and positively finds its exhaust unlawful, then the Truck owner has the spotlight on him. This was/is a wild guess.

OK!

Sounds like the Biker is even madder now!

Somebody turned Him in For illegally taking/killing Wildlife at a High Rate of Speed!

Bet that Ain't gonna Garner Him much of a Fine in this State?

He's Claiming the Guy in the Belcher Instigated the Whole Deal!

Well NVB!

It Ain't Me that's gotta Worry about it!

But I Guess He'd Probably do the Same as You would with your Modified Belcher!

"But I Guess He'd Probably do the Same as You would with your Modified Belcher."

Except my modified belcher doesn't blow smoke. It must be set up right and it burns the fuel instead of blowing out the pipe.

Anyone with the paltry sum of money required to file court papers can sue anyone. Doesn't mean they will get anything. In this particular case the rider would have a slim to none chance of any type of claim being rewarded.

Hey 1911?

I Think the only claim they're looking for is to Continue to Move their Cattle!

From what I Understand the State Told Them not to do it?

But the Cowboys are moving their Cows!

I Don't know all the Answers!

I Do know if they were told not to move them out on that Hi-Way & somebody in a Vehicle gets Hurt it don't look to be a Good Situation!
