Lgal carry for a youth

LAST EDITED ON May-05-10 AT 06:04PM (MST)[p]I was wondering if it would be legal for me to carry a little revolver with me (for small game) when I am hunting big game while also carrying my rifle. The state I live in is Utah and I am a youth.

You dont want to shoot small game while hunting big game. I'm pretty sure its illegal for someone under 21 to be in possesion of a handgun too. So I would say no.

check your local states gun laws. I know NM you have to be 19 to posses a pistol w/o the supervision of a parent/guardian. some states says you can't unless you are 21. I believe if you are hunting with your mom/dad you could carry one.
