Looking for some opinions on these 2 scopes. Both offer a 4x12x40 with the BDC reticle. The Vortex does have the Adjustable Objective. I'll be putting this on a Winchester Model 70 in .270 and maybe a Sako 85 in .300WSM. Max shooting distance for me is 500 yds. Does the Adjustable Objective on the Vortex really make much difference? How accurate is the BDC system?
