Leupold Tripod HELP!!!

I have a full size leupold tripod that is great. The only problem is the plate I have was not made for the tripod. I called Leupold and they no longer make the plate. I have checked the local camera store. I might has well gone to walmart. Any suggestions???????????????

You might check with Jim White of Uni-dapter... he makes all type of tripod heads and accessories. He'll be able to help you or point you in the right direction. NJS

Can Leupold tell you who made the tripod head for them? Might be able to get a plate from the manufacturer (or photo dealer if a common brand).

If you like the tripod and can't find the plate, just get a new and better head from Bogen/Manfrotto.
