leupold or nikon????

what is your opinion on vx2 or buckmaster or monarch in a 3x9 50mm

Leupold for scopes. Nikon makes a great small spotting scope for packing.

Leupold 110% I use nothing but Leupold on my rifles. My buddy has a couple Nikon scopes and they fog easy and the clarity and light retention is years behind the Leupold scopes!

i just got a VX-II and is awesome. i got leupold on all my rifles.

However, I've now switched over to Leupold for their 1) support of On Your Own Adventures, 2) their awesome customer service, 3) Quality as good or better than Nikon and 4) the fact that I can have custom BDC dials put on my scopes. I don't "need" this of course, but it sure is fun to shoot long distance with em.
