This is actually a rental property that I own with 300,000,000 other people. Went to check on it the other day & this colored kid got really snotty with me. Said something about he was going to be here 5 more years and had no intention of paying the rent.

Well........the wife came by to see how I was holding up. She couldn't make last hundred yards but sent me an e-mail with the following message: "Honey, you need to get out more."
