Leica Geovids with some problems. HELP?

Well I'm on my 3rd set of geovids, the eye peices keep breaking in them. Leica decided to send me a new pair of the HD's to keep me happy needless to say after 5 years I'm about to give up on them my brand new ones came today and I was excited needless to say but when I was playing with them I noticed a rattle internally in them I can't see any loose glass or fittings. Do any of you guys have the new HD's? Pull them out and shake them a little and let me know if there is something loose in them, the tech at Leica said it's normal. I'm calling BS on this. I think there sick of me and just want to brush me off onto the floor.

I have had the BRF's for a year. I have had no problems.
