Why is it when you go to Fish and Game Web site to apply for a left over tag it tells you that there is no tags available. When it clearly states on the list supplied by the fish and game that there is left over tags.

For on-line 2nd drawing click on "controlled hunt application" first data entry page, NOT "controlled hunt leftovers." (Leftovers will not be available until after the 2nd drawing.) On next page, enter a controlled hunt number, click confirm. Next page, enter complete license number with NO dashes. Should work.
